Can you provide more details about the canvas products available in your shop?

All canvases are high-quality prints (copies) of my art. They are gallery-wrapped, meaning the side edges are also printed, offering a continuous look. You can choose to have your canvas with or without an external floating frame. Each canvas is lightweight and comes ready to hang.

How are your paintings created?

My art blends classical techniques with modern digital tools—starting from hand-drawn sketches and evolving into vibrant, detailed digital paintings. Each piece is printed on high-quality canvas, combining tradition with contemporary elegance.

What about tariffs? How long will it take to receive my canvas print? Will the colors of the prints match exactly what I see on my screen?

Production takes 3–7 business days, with delivery typically within 1–10 days depending on the carrier—expect up to two weeks total. ALL PRICES INCLUDE CUSTOMS/IMPORT FEES

What is your cancellation policy?

All canvases are made to order, with a one-hour window for cancellations. Please double-check your measurements and selections, as orders cannot be changed once production begins.

What is your policy on returns and refunds for canvases?

A. All canvases are print to order, which means they’re made especially for you after purchase — for that reason, they are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or incorrect.

B. If your canvas arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you won’t need to return it. Just send me three clear photos (including one of the full canvas), and I’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.

C. Sale items are also non-returnable due to their custom nature, but of course, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, I’ll take care of it the same way.

D. If your shipment is lost, I will either reship your canvas at no extra cost or issue a full refund — your satisfaction is my priority.

Is it possible to request a custom size or commission a unique piece?

For customizations or commissions, please contact me before purchasing—I can adjust colors, crop, or modify the artwork to suit your needs. Custom orders are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect, in which case I’ll replace or refund.

Are your canvas prints handmade?

Each canvas print begins with my hand-drawn sketch and is developed digitally with my unique style and skill. While printing is outsourced, the entire creative process is my own—making every piece a genuine handmade artwork.

Are there any current discounts or special offers?

I occasionally offer special discounts and limited-time deals—follow the shop to stay updated. Sale items are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect; just send three clear photos and I’ll gladly replace or refund.

Do you offer expedited shipping/international shipping? Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

A. Expedited shipping isn’t available, as it only slightly reduces delivery time at a high cost.
B. International shipping is always free.
