Can you provide more details about the canvas products available in your shop?

All canvases are high-quality prints (copies) of my art. They are gallery-wrapped, meaning the side edges are also printed, offering a continuous look. You can choose to have your canvas with or without an external floating frame, available in three color options: black, walnut, and white. Each canvas is lightweight and comes ready to hang. How are your paintings created?

My paintings are a unique fusion of classical artistry and cutting-edge technology. I start with traditional sketches, drawing from my experience with classical painting to lay the groundwork. This foundation is then brought to life with modern digital tools, where I infuse novelty and creativity into each piece. By blending these realms, I create distinctive artworks that harness the best of both worlds.

The final product is a high-quality print on canvas, capturing the rich details and vibrant colors of the original digital painting. This process ensures that each piece not only reflects my artistic journey but also has a touch of contemporary art elegance.

How long will it take to receive my canvas print? Will the colors of the prints match exactly what I see on my screen?

The production of your canvas print typically requires 4 to 10 business days, with most orders being ready in about 5 to 6 business days. Once produced, shipping usually takes an additional 5 business days, though it can vary between 1 to 12 business days depending on the carrier (UPS, GLS, FedEx, or USPS). Overall, you can expect the entire process to take up to two weeks.

The colors you see on your screen might slightly differ from those on the actual print due to variations in monitor settings. If you're unsure about your choice or need assistance in selecting the right colors, please feel free to reach out to me for guidance.

What is your cancellation policy?

Since all canvases are made to order, there is a one-hour window for cancellations. Beyond this period, I'm unable to cancel your order at the printing house, and your canvas will be produced and shipped. To ensure satisfaction, please measure your wall and make your selections carefully before placing your order.

What is your policy on returns and refunds for canvases?

A. All canvases are print to order, which means they’re made especially for you after purchase — for that reason, they are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or incorrect.

B. If your canvas arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you won’t need to return it. Just send me three clear photos (including one of the full canvas), and I’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.

C. Sale items are also non-returnable due to their custom nature, but of course, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, I’ll take care of it the same way.

D. If your shipment is lost, I will either reship your canvas at no extra cost or issue a full refund — your satisfaction is my priority.

Is it possible to request a custom size or commission a unique piece?

If you're interested in customizing a piece or commissioning something unique, please contact me before making your purchase. Since the paintings are digitalized, I can adjust shades, colors, re-crop, divide, or make other modifications as needed. Please note that custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or not as described. In such cases, I will gladly send you a new canvas or provide a full refund.

Are your canvas prints handmade?

My canvas prints fall within the handmade spectrum as defined. Each print begins with a detailed and complex process where I create an initial sketch by hand, laying the foundation for the subsequent digital artwork. With advanced software, I then imbue my creations with skill, virtuosity, and a distinct style that is uniquely my own.
While the final step of printing the artwork is carried out with external assistance, the core of each piece—the creative design—is entirely my work. This is in alignment with the view that design and artistic process are pivotal in defining handmade items.
At every stage, I am deeply involved, ensuring that each canvas print is a true representation of my artistic vision and dedication.

Are there any current discounts or special offers?

From time to time, I offer special discounts, limited-time offers, or curated collections at reduced prices. These promotions vary, so be sure to check back often or follow the shop to stay updated.

Please note that discounted items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or not as described. If that happens, simply send me three clear photos (including one of the full canvas), and I’ll be happy to replace the item or provide a full refund.

Do you offer expedited shipping/international shipping? Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

A. Expedited Shipping: At this time, I do not offer expedited shipping options. Expedited services typically shorten the two-week delivery process by only about two days, yet incur significantly higher costs. I am unable to guarantee delivery on specific dates.

B. International Shipping: International shipping is on hold until further notice. I can ship to the addresses of global freight forwarders.

C. Address Changes: Accuracy in your shipping address is crucial. Please review and confirm your address details when placing your order. Should you need to make any changes, I am able to make them up to 24 hours after your order has been placed with the printing house.
